Unconscious Breathing: This is the day when we do not pay attention to it.
Conscious Breathing: When we intervene consciously, focusing on natural breathing and regulating it in some way.
Voluntary Breath: When perform a voluntary movement of respiratory muscles in the absence of an external cause.
Involuntary Breathing: This is one in which the respiratory process is altered by life situations, body movements, emotional or psychological influences that give rise to a breath beyond our control.
