A blockade is any personal barrier that prevents us from doing something or to unleash our potential. We all have a greater or lesser extent, blocks that stop our lives and our profession. A first step to overcome a filibuster, is to realize and accept its existence. For example, a person may have a systematic blockade of learning new things, perhaps because it has a very rigid framework of reality and does not tolerate the introduction of new products. But at some point may be aware of this challenge and accept it as personal limitation. Only from such an attitude is possible to achieve a change, and thus an important step towards greater personal development. Many of the blockades that affect us as people are unconscious. Have been acquired through the family and school education, therefore we consider normal and legitimate. Such is the case of a person in fear of public speaking.
